By making a purchase and using this website you accept these terms and conditions.

GARMENT CARE

Follow the care label instructions to prolong your clothes life and maintain good quality. Also this will help minimize the environmental impact and save our natural resources. Need more info? Pop by our WE CARE section.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We ship world wide. Therefore the shipping cost may vary depending on which country we are delivering to.
The exact shipping cost will appear on the checkout, before the purchase goes through. As standard we have a shipping cost of € 5 within Sweden and € 25 for the rest of the world. The exact cost will appear at the checkout before your purchase has been finished.
Customs- and import VAT and any other possible expenses will be paid by the customer.
If nothing else is stated, you will pay with the appearing currency for your country. We reserve ourselves from variations in currency change. All changes are payed by the customer.
You'll receive an email or text message when your package is ready to collect at the nearest pickup point, as long as your email and/or cell phone number has been provided in your order.
Please note it is of the highest importance that you put in the correct email address and phone number, otherwise you will not receive needed information about your order.

PAYMENT

We offer PayPal and Credit card payment for all countries and Swish within Sweden.

Invoices directly from The Bohemian Horse that is paid after the due date will be charged with a late fee and a reference fee + 9%, and a reminder fee.

DELIVERY TIME

As soon as you have made your purchase with us we will be handling your order and send out the package as soon as possible. Delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days. The delivery time depends on where you live. During campaigns and/or product releases the delivery time may be longer.
We reserve us for products running out of stock or being delayed of other reasons that we cannot effect.

COMPLAINTS

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged items, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your wish.

RETURN POLICY

You may return an item and get a full refund, or exchange the item, within 14 days of delivery. 
You have to announce your regret within 14 days after recieving the order. There are no regrets on custom made products.
If you wish to return or change your product, include reciept, order confirmation, invoice or waybill to prove your purchase with us. The product/s needs to be in resellable status and therefore 100% clean, in original condition, with intact tags, velcro, plastic and other shipping items. All exchanges are subject to availability.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Welcome to our return and exchange site! To return and exchange a Bohemian Horse product is easy, just follow our Return & Exchange Guide:

 

According to Swedish law you may return an item and get a full refund, or exchange the item, within 14 days of delivery. 

Your regret needs to be announced within 14 days after receiving the order. There are no regrets on custom made products.

If you wish to return or change your product; include receipt, order confirmation or invoice to prove your purchase with us. The product/s needs to be in re-sellable status and therefore 100% clean, in original condition and with intact tags. The Bohemian Horse reserves the right to deny a complaint if the product shows faults or is not in re-sellable status according to usAll exchanges are subject to availability.

If used product/s are returned, The Bohemian Horse has the right to withdraw an amount corresponding to the products lack of value compared to when new, in those cases when you have used and/or handled the product more than needed or in a careless way. You will be refunded minus the value deduction according to Swedish law. It can be up to 100% in the case the product no longer can be resold. If you want the product back, you will stand for the shipping cost.

The product must be shipped within 14 days from when you noticed your return to The Bohemian Horse. Please remember that the financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you only use our postage labels, delivery service and traceable shipping. Shipping charges for international orders on returns are at the customer’s expense. We claim the right to hold the money until the return has arrived at our warehouse.

Note that for international returns additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.​

How to exchange/return an item:

  1. Fill in the return form and package it together with the items you wish to send back (please consider the environment and re-use our packaging if possible).

  2. Peel off the pre-paid return label and attach it to the outside of the parcel, making sure that you remove or cover the original address label.

  3. Take the parcel to your collection point and send it to the address provided. Remember to ask for proof of postage.

 

Keep in mind that wool and leather are natural material meaning it has more or less structure in its looks. These kind of differences are not considered defection hence no reason for complaint or return. Please note: Our products are mainly from natural garments such as wool and linen. Always follow product care label instructions. Defection due to not following care label instructions will not be considered as defects on our part and will not be a reason for complaint or return.

In order of reduced handling time, please send the parcel with the usual delivery service and not as a value package that needs to be picked up with ID.

  

Unclaimed packages
For packages that are unclaimed and sent back a fee of €35 will be added to cover additional shipping, packing and handling costs.

The Bohemian Horse can not be hold responsible for any circumstances we can not effect. We follow the Swedish laws Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen (2005:59).
